One: Members will receive all benefits detailed in the Membership Inclusions list.

Two: Once payment has been received all efforts will be made to ensure that member inclusions are received within 4 – 6 weeks where applicable once the 2011 calendar year has begun.

Three: Kelly Gang Members are responsible for registering for all applicable Kelly Gang activities and functions. Kelly Racing holds no responsibility for missed or forgotten functions.

Four: A monthly Kelly Gang newsletter will be sent via email to a chosen email address.

Five: 2011 Kelly Gang members will only receive the remaining 2011 issues of V8X magazine or V8 Racer magazine once Kelly Gang fee has been cleared.

Six: A birthday card will be sent to each member at the beginning of their birthday month. Should the membership payment not clear before the beginning of the calendar month then a birthday card will not be received for the 2011 membership program.

Seven: Members will receive 15% off all Kelly Racing and Jack Daniel’s Racing merchandise with no limit to the amount that can be purchased under this discount. Merchandise may be purchased from any V8 Supercar series event, from Kelly Racing HQ or from the Kelly Racing online store. Kelly Racing does not offer additional discounts or sales offered by The Lions Den.

Eight: Kelly Racing pit tours are scheduled tol take place on the Friday of each race event. Members are entitled to one pit tour per membership year only, at the race track of their choosing. It is up to the member to book in their preferred pit tour via the Kelly Gang section of the website. Bookings close one week prior to the event and are subject to availability. Kelly Racing reserves the right to change the time and day of the pit tour.

Nine: A random prize pool will take place every month whereby a randomly selected member will receive a prize of Kelly Racing’s choosing. Members may only receive one prize per membership year.

Ten: Kelly Gang memberships are not transferable.

Eleven: Replacement of lost Kelly Gang merchandise will incur a replacement fee which reflects the cost of the lost item with the fee to be determined by Kelly Racing.

Twelve: All 2011 memberships are valid for the 2011 calendar year and will expire on December 31.

Thirteen: All 2010 memberships are valid for the 2010 calendar year and will expire on the 31st of December 2010
