1: Members will receive all benefits detailed in the Membership Inclusions list.

2: Once payment has been received all efforts will be made to ensure that member inclusions are received within four to six weeks where applicable. Pre 2010 enrollments will not receive members benefits until early 2010.

3: Partner memberships may only exist under the same member number, this also applies to Foundation Members and it will be up to the Foundation Member which number they maintain.

4: A Kelly Kids membership may only be redeemed by children 15 years of age and under. Kelly Racing reserves the right to revoke a membership if they suspect a member is over the assigned age.

5: Live chat sessions will take place for one hour with members permitted to ask race-related questions only. Members may be asked to leave if the moderator deems questions to be inappropriate.

6: A monthly Kelly Gang newsletter will be sent via email to a chosen email address.

7: A birthday card will be sent to each member at the beginning of their birthday month. Should the membership payment not clear before the beginning of the calendar month then a birthday card will not be received for the 2010 membership program.

8: Members will receive 15% off all Kelly Racing and Jack Daniel's Racing merchandise and there is no limit on the amount that a member may purchase. Merchandise may be purchased from any V8 Supercar series event or from Kelly Racing HQ.

9: All Kelly Racing pit tours will take place on the Friday of each race event. Members are entitled to one pit tour per membership year only, at the race track of their choosing. It is up to the member to book in their preferred pit tour via the Kelly Gang section of the website. Bookings close one week prior to the event and are subject to availability. Pit tours may be cancelled without prior due to race related issues.

10: A random prize pool will take place every month whereby a randomly selected member will receive a prize of Kelly Racing's choosing. Members may only receive one prize per membership year.

11: Kelly Gang Posters may be collected from V8 Supercar events or from Kelly Racing HQ and will not be sent out individually.

12: Hot Lap discounts may only be redeemed by the participating Kelly Gang member.

13: Kelly Gang memberships are non transferable.

14: Replacement of lost Kelly Gang merchandise will incur a replacement fee which reflects the cost of the lost item with the fee to be determined by Kelly Racing.

15: Kelly Racing accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen Kelly Gang member packs.

16: Kelly Racing reserves the right to use member photographs on the Kelly Racing and Kelly Gang websites and in advertising material.

17: Foundation Memberships are not available for purchase.

18: Foundation Members who do not renew their membership during the 2010 calendar year will lose their Foundation Member status.

19: All Member activities, such as Pit Tours and Workshop Tours, are only open to Kelly Gang members. Therefore Member's family and friends, including young children, will not be permitted to take part in any activity.

20: All 2010 memberships are valid for the 2010 calendar year and will expire on December 31, 2010.
